The accredited authority “IMPROVE MEDICAL Ltd.” for assessment and confirmation of compliance shall adhere to the following policy:

— Impartiality.

Management of the IMPROVE MEDICAL is aware of and accepts the necessity of adherence to the impartiality in the process of the management system certification and assessment of compliance of the products with the Regulations. At the slightest sign of conflict of interests, we undertake to put the most efforts for its resolution. We guarantee the impartiality of the certification procedures and assessments of compliance performed by our auditors and invited experts.

— Responsibility and Openness.

The authority “IMPROVE MEDICAL Ltd.” for assessment and confirmation of compliance shall bear full responsibility for taking decisions concerning certification and/or assessment of compliance. Given decisions shall be taken exclusively on the basis of the result of the performed audits and inspections. In order to implement the policy of openness the company adheres to the well-defined procedures and methods of performing of the certification of the management systems regarding compliance with the standards and the assessment of compliance of the products with Regulations.

— Confidentiality.

The management of the “IMPROVE MEDICAL Ltd.” has taken series of actions to ensure the policy of the confidentiality – one of important parameters in the activity of the Authority for the certification/assessment of compliance. In particular, all obligations regarding observance of the confidentiality shall be declared in writing and shall be continuingly observed. Besides, the IMPROVE MEDICAL maintains the confidentiality of information, given to employees on an electronic data storage device and a hardcopy at the cost of use of the special means of storage.
